Overview

Our client is leading player in the sector they operate in and as part of their expansion plan, is growing their e-commerce business.

Reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer, Global you will develop and implement an effective compliance program for the group, including Anti-Bribery, Anti-Trust, Third Party Due Diligence Programme and Conflict of Interest etc.

You will help build a robust compliance culture, focused on prevention, detection and response (investigation) enabling business units and group companies to run their own compliance programs as supported by the dedicated Commercial counsels.
You are to partner with various corporate functions; HR, Finance, Internal Audit and the Commercial Counsels to ensure that reported concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated with suitable corrective, remedial or disciplinary measures taken, where appropriate. You will also design, implement and conduct compliance trainings across the region.

Ideally, you are armed with a degree in Legal or Finance with at least 12 years of relevant experience in an in-house Compliance role. Prior experience covering the APAC region (at minimum SEA) is required as with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
