This multinational technology conglomerate is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join their China legal team. You will be responsible for providing legal and compliance support on employment-related finance, tax, HR and corporate issues. Ideally, you are PRC qualified with over 5 years’ PQE in employment issues with a focus on ESOP matters at a top-tier law firm or an MNC.
