We are working with a leading US technology solutions provider who is looking to hire its first Investigations Manager for APAC. You will have at least 5 years of experience in conducting internal investigations in the areas of white-collar crime and employee misconduct.
The main areas of responsibilities would involve leading investigations into complaints, collating facts and interviewing witnesses, drafting reports on investigations findings and proposing actions to be taken. As part of the larger role, the ability to effectively collaborate across other functions including law, audit, finance and HR is essential to identifying and improving internal controls, policies and procedures.
Ideally, you are CFE and/or legally qualified with a background in internal audit. The position is based in the Philippines, and will form part of the larger global ethics and compliance team.
