Overview
Expanding financial software and technology company is looking to add a legal counsel to its Singapore office. The role will be responsible for supporting the sales team, so prior SaaS experience and the ability to negotiate terms will be required. Aside from English, Asian language abilities will be advantageous. Candidates making the transition from private practice will also be considered, ideally with some sort of prior TMT experience.
